What is processed: Like almost all web servers, WebFlow automatically processes your IP address and browser type to deliver the webpage to you and ensure the security of the site. I do not use this data to identify you, and it is typically deleted by WebFlow after a short period.
International Transfers: Because WebFlow servers are in the US, your IP address is transferred outside of the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). To protect your privacy, I ensure the hosting provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension, or has entered into Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with me. This ensures your data receives a level of protection essentially equivalent to UK and EU standards.
Legal Basis: I process this limited technical data based on my legitimate interest in maintaining a functional, high-performance, and secure website.
